# How to Change a Student's Registration Status

Make assigning seats a breeze with this easy guide! Learn to update your student's seat assignments one by one while in Apply Mode. Streamline the process and customize seating arrangements quickly and efficiently!

 

Step **1.** [Log in](https://afterschoolhq.com/login) to your AHQ account.

 

Step **2.** Hover over ![](https://support.afterschoolhq.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/afterschoolhq.zendesk.comhcarticle_attachments11301414628877.png) and click on **Extracurricular Activities.**

Step **3.** Choose the activity by clicking on the ![](https://support.afterschoolhq.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/afterschoolhq.zendesk.comhcarticle_attachments11301470805261.png) button next to the activity.

Step **4.** Click on the **Student** tab.

Step **5.** Find the student and under **Status** click on the drop-down to change their status.

Here are some samples of the options to choose from:

- Waiting List
- Applied
- Invited
- Declined
- Reserved Pending Payment
- Reserved Pending Parental Consent
- Withdrawn
- Interested

 

A pop-up will appear on your screen once the seat assignment has been successfully changed.
