How to Claim Your Account

If your school or program created an AfterSchool HQ account for you, follow these steps to claim your account and access your family's information.

To access your account, you'll first need to create a password. This guide walks you through claiming your account and signing in for the first time.

 

1. Reset Your Password

Since your account was pre-created, you'll first need to create a password.

 

  1. Go to the Password Reset page.
  2. Enter the same email address you previously provided to your school or program.
  3. Click “Submit”.
  4. Open the password reset email and follow the instructions to create your password.

💡Tip: If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.

 

2. Log In to Your Account

After creating your password:

  1. Go to the AfterSchool HQ Login page.
  2. Sign in using your email address and your new password.
  3. Verify that your child's information appears in your account.

If your child's information does not appear, contact your school or program to verify the email address used during the account import.
