How to Claim Your AfterSchool HQ Account if You Were Imported

If your school or program imported your information into AfterSchool HQ, an account has already been created for you using the email address you previously provided. To access your account and finish setting things up, just follow the steps below!

🔐 Step 1: Reset Your Password

Since your account was pre-created for you, you’ll need to set a password before logging in.

  1. Go to the password reset page:
    👉 https://afterschoolhq.com/login/resetpassword

  2. Enter the same email address you used in the previous system.

  3. Check your email inbox for the password reset email and follow the link to create your new password.

💡 Tip: Don’t see the reset email? Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders — it sometimes lands there!


👨‍👩‍👧 Step 2: Log In to Your Account

  1. Once your password is set, go to:
    👉 https://afterschoolhq.com/login

  2. Log in using your email and new password.

  3. You should see your child’s information automatically linked to your account.

If your child does not appear, contact your program provider to confirm which email address they used during the import.
