1. Log In to Your Account
Log in to your AfterSchool HQ account.
2. Open Profile Settings
Click “Profile” from the left-side menu.

3. Locate Communication Preferences
Scroll down to the “Opt-in to Provider Text Messages” section.

4. Review Notification Information (Optional)
Click the question mark icon (?) to learn more about how text message notifications work.


5. Choose Your Preference
Select:
- Yes → to receive provider text messages
- No → to opt out of provider text messages

6. Save Changes
Click “Update” to save your communication preferences.
