Follow the steps below to make updates directly from your AfterSchool HQ account. 00:05: This article explains how to reset your password and update your email address in Afterschoolhq. 00:12: Click here to navigate to the password settings area. 00:15: Click the password field to prepare for entering the new password. 00:20: Enter your new password in the password field. 00:23: Click the password confirmation field to verify your new password. 00:28: Click the password confirmation field again to ensure accuracy. 00:33: Click the verify password button to validate the new password entries. 00:38: Click here to proceed to the next step in the password reset process. 00:43: Select the password option to continue updating your credentials. 00:47: Confirm your password selection by clicking the password option again. 00:52: Click the password field to make additional changes if necessary. 00:57: click the password field, once more to finalize your input, 01:01: Enter your password to complete the password update. 01:05: Click here to move forward in the password, reset workflow. 01:09: Click the update button to save your new password settings. 01:13: Click the logout button to exit, your current session securely. 01:17: Click log out again to confirm and complete the sign out process. 01:22: Click the forgot password link to start the password recovery process. 01:27: Click the email address field to enter your registered email. 01:31: Enter your email address to receive password. Update Your Email Address** Enter your new email address to replace the current one on file. Change Your Password** Scroll further down until you see **Change Password**. Enter your new password, then re-enter it to confirm the change. Use this [link](https://afterschoolhq.com/login/resetpassword) or click **“Forgot Password?”** on the **AfterSchool HQ** [login page](http://www.afterschoolhq.com/login). 2. Enter the email address associated with your account. 3. Click **Reset Password.** 4. Check your inbox for the password reset email. 5. Click the link in the email and create a new password. > **💡Tip:** Password reset links are valid for **3 days** from the time they are sent. --- #### **Frequently Asked Questions** **Q: I forgot my current password. Can I still update my email or password?** **A:** If you can’t log in, you won’t be able to access your account settings. Use the **“Forgot Password?”** link on the login page to reset your password first. Once logged in, you can update your email or password from your profile. **Q: Will I lose any data or access if I change my email address?** **A:** Not at all! Changing your email address only updates your login credentials. All your data and activities will remain the same. **Q: What if I don’t receive the password reset or email change confirmation email?** **A:** Check your spam or junk folder first.
