Understanding Grade Updates in Activity Rosters

Learn how grade updates are reflected in activity rosters, downloaded CSV files, and printable rosters within AfterSchool HQ.

After a student's grade is updated, AfterSchool HQ now ensures that the most recent grade is displayed consistently across activity rosters.

 

How It Works

The activity roster now references the same registration record used throughout AfterSchool HQ.

This means the roster will always display the student's most recently saved grade associated with their registration, keeping exported and printed rosters consistent with what staff see elsewhere in the platform.

 

Where Updated Grades Are Displayed

After changing a student's grade, the updated value will now appear consistently in:

  • Student Profile
  • Registration Record
  • Registration List
  • Sync View
  • Activity Roster (CSV Download)
  • Printable Activity Roster

💡 Tip: If you update a student's grade, you no longer need to worry about exported or printed activity rosters displaying outdated information.
