Image Asset Guidelines for Your Setup

To make your organization's page look its absolute best, we've put together some guidelines for the image assets you will need.

While our system does not automatically crop your images to a fixed size, following these recommendations will ensure your graphics render crisply across all devices and your page loads quickly for parents!

1. Logo

Your logo is the face of your organization. We highly recommend using a transparent background for the cleanest look.

  • Preferred File Type: PNG (with transparent background). Note: SVG files are not currently supported.
  • Recommended Dimensions: 512 x 512 px (square), or up to ~800 px on the long edge for a horizontal logo.
  • Minimum Dimensions: 256 x 256 px to ensure crisp rendering.

2. Header / Banner

This is the large, welcoming banner at the top of your page.

  • Preferred File Type: PNG (best for graphics and text) or JPG (best for photographs).
  • Recommended Dimensions: 1920 x 480 px (4:1 wide ratio) for retina-friendly displays.
  • Minimum Dimensions: 1200 x 300 px.
  • Pro-tip: While the maximum allowed size is 10 MB, we strongly suggest keeping your banner under 1-2 MB so your page loads as fast as possible.

3. Photos (Gallery and Body Sections)

These are the images used throughout your page to showcase your programs and activities.

  • Preferred File Type: JPG (best for photos) or PNG (best for graphics).
  • Recommended Dimensions: 1200 x 800 px (3:2 ratio).
  • Minimum Dimensions: 800 px on the long edge.
  • Limits: You can upload up to 6 photos for this section.
