      Setting Up Your Check-In and Check-Out

      Not all providers use the Check-In/Check-Out feature, and some only require it for specific activities. If yours does, this guide will help you set up and manage your secure PIN.

      In this video, we will walk you through the steps to set up and update your Check In and Check Out credentials in your AfterSchool HQ account.

      From your home dashboard, click on "Profile".

      3. Check In/Out Tab

      Go to the "Check-In and Out" section.

      4. Phone Number & PIN

      Enter your phone number to create your PIN.

      5. Verification Code

      Click Send Verification Code. You'll receive a text message with a code.

      6. Verify

      Type in the verification code you received and click "Verify".

      7. Verified Phone Number

      Once verified, your number will show as "Verified" on the page.
