How to Contact an Activity Provider
Want to contact your child’s activity provider? AfterSchool HQ makes it easy to stay connected and communicate directly with them.
There are two easy ways to contact your activity provider using AfterSchool HQ:
Option 1. From your AfterSchool HQ Account
Step 1. Navigate to Activities.
Click on the Activities section.

Step 2. Open the Activity Menu
Click the dropdown arrow beside the activity you’d like to view.

Step 3. Send an Email to the Instructor
Click “Send Email” to reach out to your child’s instructor with your message.

💡 Tip: If you prefer to call, you may also see the instructor’s phone number listed below the activity name.
Option 2. From the Provider's URL
Step 1. Open the Provider’s Page
Go to the organization’s unique AfterSchool HQ URL. You can usually find this link shared by the provider on their website, facilities, or flyers.

Step 2. View All Activities
On the provider’s profile page, click “View All Activities” to see the complete list of programs they offer.

Step 3. Open Activity Details
Find the activity you’re interested in and click “View Details”. Here, you’ll see the instructor’s contact information, including options to “Send Email”.


💡 Tip: If you can’t find the right contact details, try selecting a different activity or reach out to the provider through their main organization.

Q: Can I message my child’s instructor directly through AfterSchool HQ?
A: Yes! You can contact the instructor by clicking the dropdown arrow next to your child’s activity and selecting “Send Email.”
Q: Can I call the instructor instead of sending an email?

A: Yes, all messages you send through AfterSchool HQ are delivered directly to the instructor or provider associated with that activity.
Q: I sent an email but haven’t heard back. What should I do?
A: Give the provider a little time to respond as they manage communication independently.
If you still haven’t received a reply after a few days, you can follow up using the same “Send Email” option or contact their organization directly.
Q: Can AfterSchool HQ forward my message to the provider?
A: No, AfterSchool HQ doesn’t forward messages or contact providers on behalf of families. Communication happens directly between parents and instructors through the platform.
