In a  subscription plan, AHQ helps the parent to enter into an agreement with your organization where they pay a recurring monthly or weekly fee of their choice for your activity. View our other payment options [here](https://support.afterschoolhq.com/knowledge/ahq-pricing-payment-options?hsLang=en).**   Follow the steps below to learn how to create a Subscription Plan for your activity!    **Step 1.**  - [Login](https://afterschoolhq.com/login) to your AfterSchool HQ Account. - Click on the "**Activities**" tab on the left-hand sidebar from the home page. ![](https://support.afterschoolhq.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/afterschoolhq.zendesk.comhcarticle_attachments16683232245005.png)   **Step 2.** Then click on the **Manage** ![](https://support.afterschoolhq.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/afterschoolhq.zendesk.comhcarticle_attachments7327413842445.png) button next to the associated activity. ![](https://support.afterschoolhq.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/afterschoolhq.zendesk.comhcarticle_attachments16683232253709.png)   **Step 3.** Then click on the **Setup** button from the top navigation bar. ![](https://support.afterschoolhq.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/afterschoolhq.zendesk.comhcarticle_attachments16683204617101.png)   **Step 4.** Select **Pricing & Payment** from the right. - If you are creating a new activity, go through the step-by-step process of creating your activity until you get to the Pricing & Payment screen.![](https://support.afterschoolhq.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/afterschoolhq.zendesk.comhcarticle_attachments16683204622605.png) **Step 5.** On the top of the Pricing & Payment screen, you will want to set **Do parents pay?** to **Yes** which enables payments. ![](https://support.afterschoolhq.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/afterschoolhq.zendesk.comhcarticle_attachments16683204625037.png)   **Step 6.** Scroll to the bottom and click on the  **Show Advanced Settings** link in green. ![](https://support.afterschoolhq.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/afterschoolhq.zendesk.comhcarticle_attachments16683232265101.png)   **Step 7.** Under the **Subscription** option, click the toggle button to **Yes** next to **Subscription** to enable your subscription.   **Important:** *Coupons cannot be used for payment plans. They can only be used for registration fees.* ![](https://support.afterschoolhq.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/afterschoolhq.zendesk.comhcarticle_attachments5618212598797.png) **Step 8.** You can now customize your Subscription Plan by selecting the Payment Amount, Payment frequency (Every Month or Every Week), and the Payment start date.
