There are two simple ways to register your child for a program on AfterSchool HQ:
Option 1: Register Through the Activity Provider or School Link
Step 1: Go to the School or Provider’s Registration URL.
Navigate to the registration page shared by your school or program provider. This link will take you directly to their AfterSchool HQ page.
Step 2: Click on the “Register” or “Apply” for the Desired Program
Find the program you’d like your child to join and click “Register” or “Apply” to begin the enrollment process.

Step 3: Login or Create an Account
You’ll be taken to the Login / Account Creation page.
💡Tip: If you’re new to AfterSchool HQ, simply create an account by entering your email address in the field provided and clicking “Next” to continue.
If you already have an account, just enter your email address and click “Next” to continue with registration.
Step 4: Select Your Account Type
Once you click on “Next”, The system will ask you to select the type of account you want to create. Click on “Parent / Guardian – I will be enrolling my child.”
Step 5: Enter Your Information
Fill out your parent or guardian details in all required fields, including your first name, last name, email, and password.
💡Tip: You can also enter your mobile phone number if you’d like to receive text updates about activities.
Step 6: Click “Save and Continue”
Once all fields are complete, confirm that you’re not a robot, check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions, and then click “Save and Continue.”
Step 7: Fill out the Registration Form
Once logged in, continue with the registration process by completing the required information and submitting payment (if applicable).
Step 8: Complete Registration
To finalize your child’s enrollment, type your name or add your signature in the required field to confirm your submission and then click “Confirm Registration”.
You’ll receive a confirmation email from noreply@afterschoolhq.com once your registration is successfully submitted.
Option 2: Register Through AfterSchool HQ’s Main Page
If you don’t have a direct link, you can still register by visiting our main site:
Step 1: Go to the AfterSchool HQ Main Page
Go to https://afterschoolhq.com/signup/Welcome
Step 2: Click “Get Started”
This will begin the setup process for your account.

Step 3: Select “Enroll My Child in a Program”
When prompted with “What would you like to do?”, select “Enroll my child in a program”.

Step 4: Search for Your School or Organization
Use the search bar to find your School or Provider and click Continue once located.

Step 5: Choose and Register for an Activity
On the organization’s page, browse the available activities, click “View Details”, and then Register to begin enrollment.
From here, simply repeat Steps 2–8 from the previous section to complete the full registration process.

Can I register more than one child?
Yes! You can add multiple children to your family profile and register each one for different activities. Just repeat the registration steps for each child.

How do I know if my registration went through?

Do I need to create a new account every time I register?
No, you only need to create an account once. You can use the same login to register for any future activities or additional children.
