This article provides steps to request a refund after paying for an activity. Please keep in mind that the processing of refunds is determined by the provider's policy.
AfterSchool HQ provides a payment collection service for activity providers and school districts to receive fees for their activities from families when registering. Ultimately, your school district or activity provider makes all decisions regarding the payment process. If you have made a payment and would like to request a refund, you will need to contact the activity provider.
Step 1. Sign in to your AfterSchool HQ account.
Step 2. Navigate and Click Activities tab.
Step 3. Locate the activity and click the drop down arrow in the upper right hand corner.
Step 4. You will now have the options; Withdraw Registration, Request Refund and Send Message. Select Request Refund.
It generally takes 5 to 10 business days for refunds to be processed and available in your account after the activity provider has initiated the refund on their end.

Additionally, if you have any questions about your refund, you can contact the activity provider directly be clicking Send Message.
