      Rewards Overview

      Here are the rewards that you can apply to your program whether through scholarships, supplies, etc.

      For every customer you refer who closes on an annual subscription you will receive:

      • Lite Package: $50
      • Pro Package: $350
      • Enterprise Package: $500

      We will provide exact details on how to make email connections, submit contacts and receive payouts after you complete your registration. Next, we need to collect some info from you to get you going.


      Ways to Refer 

      1. Email Connections: You can simply send youth program leaders in your network an email and copying referrals@afterschoolhq.com

      2: List Building

      For contacts you send our way we’ll do the heavy lifting of outreach on your behalf. Once we get a contact we’ll send them an email and copy you so that they see a friendly face on the email string. You can submit contacts by simply sending the following information to referrals@afterschoolhq.com

      • First name
      • Last name
      • Email Address
      • Name of Youth Organization


        NOTE: If you choose to do a referral webinar, we will invite your network to a Zoom meeting, where we will give a brief overview of AfterSchool HQ, and then do a short interview with you on your program and success using the AHQ platform. After that, we will open up the floor for questions. A referral webinar is a great way to bring multiple youth program leaders together at one time to increase the likelihood of them coming aboard and earning rewards.

       

      Frequently Asked Questions

      -Where is my rewards tracker?  You will receive your rewards tracker after the first action you take that earns you a cash reward. This tracker will be a shared spreadsheet showing referrals, earned rewards, and payout status.

      -How do I receive my cash payout?  All our payments are via Stripe. Visit the Stripe website. Create an account by clicking on the “Sign In” button on the homepage. You will need to enter your email address, create a password, and provide your country of operation. Set up payment methods (i.e., credit cards, bank transfers) by selecting “Payments” under Settings.

      -How do I get credit for referrals that I generate through other channels like text messaging?  If you are working on generating a referral through a channel that AHQ can not monitor, email the contact information (first, last, organization, email) to referrals@afterschoolhq.com so that we can add them to your tracker.

      -What is a qualified contact?  A qualified contact is someone in your network that has decision-making authority within a well established Youth Serving Organization. If someone has not yet started their youth program or for some other reason has no intention to purchase software, they are not a qualified contact and you will not be eligible to receive cash rewards for that contact.
