That's why we've created the payment plan that best fits you!   Also, taking payment plans on your own can be a real hassle. You have to constantly get in touch with parents about payment dates and then collect cash or checks as payment on an inconsistent schedule.   AfterSchool HQ payment plans make it easier for you and the parents. You can add the option to enable parents to pay all at once or break up payments onto your preferred schedule. When parents check out and select the payment plan option, AfterSchool HQ will store the parent's payment information and automatically charge it according to the schedule you set up.   **Looking for other ways to take parent payments? Here are the steps: Step **1.** [Log in](https://afterschoolhq.com/login) to your AfterSchool HQ account. If you are creating a new activity, go through the step-by-step process of creating your activity until you get to the Pricing & Payment screen. ![](https://support.afterschoolhq.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/afterschoolhq.zendesk.comhcarticle_attachments5616809713933.png) Step **5.** On the top of the Pricing & Payment screen, you will want to set "**Do parents pay?**" to **Yes** which enables payments. ![](https://support.afterschoolhq.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/afterschoolhq.zendesk.comhcarticle_attachments5616847975309.png)   Step **6.** Scroll to the bottom and click on the  **Show Advanced Settings** link in green. ![](https://support.afterschoolhq.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/afterschoolhq.zendesk.comhcarticle_attachments5616873649933.png) Step **7.** Under **Payment Plan Option,** click the toggle button to **Yes** next to "**Registration Payment Plan**" to enable payment plans.  **Important:** *Coupons cannot be used for payment plans. They can only be used for registration fees.* ![](https://support.afterschoolhq.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/afterschoolhq.zendesk.comhcarticle_attachments5616971936653.png)   - You can now customize your Registration Payment Plan by selecting the Payment Amount, Payment frequency (Every Month, Every Week, or Every Two Weeks), and number of Payments.  - Lastly, you can select from the drop-down list when you would like the payments to begin. You can now rest knowing that AfterSchool HQ will handle all charges going forward.
